Are any medical recommendations required?
Medical recommendations are required for customers under the age of 21 or for those of legal age (21) who wish to surpass the daily sales limit set by California Cannabis Law.
How old do I have to be to order cannabis online?
For medical patients, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, along with your original stamped doctor's recommendation. For recreational consumers, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid state-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
Can I use n expired ID?
No. All IDs must be up to date and valid. If your ID or driver's license is expired, we can also accept other forms of ID, such as a government-issued photo ID card, military photo ID card, and passport.
What do I do if my ID can't be recognized?
Two images are required when creating an account with us: the front of the ID and a selfie of your face. Please ensure that all photos submitted are free of any glares, blurriness, shadows, or are free of any obstructions such as sun glasses. Please upload each photo to the correct slot when prompted. If you are experiencing issues while uploading, please contact our Customer Support team on our chat system on the bottom right of the website!
